Returns & Exchange Policy

At Mines.pk, we want you to love your purchase. You may request a Return , exchange, under the following conditions:

  • Damaged / Incorrect Item:
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you’re eligible for a return or exchange,. Please share pictures or videos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Change of Mind / Not Suitable:
    If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons (change of mind, size, or preference), you’ll need to bear the charges. The product must be unused and in original packaging.


Kindly note that Mines Leftover items come with a no return or exchange policy. Please make sure to check all product details before placing your order.

Duration of Eligibility (How many days can you take to ask for a return or exchange?)

3 days. Please file a return request or exchange request on the helpline (+92 3403499237) within 3 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, return, refund or exchange requests won’t be eligible and won’t be entertained.

Procedure (How to Request a Return?)

  • Depending on the nature of issue, your request may take 7-15 days to resolve.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
  • Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges apply and are displayed at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the wrong product is delivered or the item arrives damaged.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48–72 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • After verification, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for change of mind or customer preference.
